Apartment in via Nazonale, in the Heart of Rome, the shopping street. Comfortable and quiet first floor of an elegant building of the end of 800. Consisting of 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower, living room with sofa bed, a kitchenette and a typical Roman terrace.

The accommodation is equipped with every comfort, wi-fi, air conditioning, TV, fully equipped kitchen. "Lovely Home, Nazionale" is the ideal place to spend your holidays,excellent starting point to reach on foot or with a few metro stops all the main tourist attractions of the eternal city. It is able to offer you trendy clubs, wine bars, restaurants, designer shops, artisan shops, art galleries.

Magnifique appartement idéalement situé sur la via nazionale.

Rome : un musĂ©e Ă  ciel ouvert. D’innombrables monuments Ă  visiter, une capitale chargĂ©e d’histoire, un sĂ©jour inoubliable. Si vous voulez voir un maximum de choses, prĂ©voyez au minimum une semaine.

Pros: The property is conveniently located. The host promptly responded to our inquiries. The kitchenette is in working order. Cons: There are numerous apartments for rent in this gated building, and there is a metal gate that some people use to enter their places day and night; that metal banging sound is still in my ears... 2 windows (bathroom and main hall) open to a small alley where the building keeps its garbage bins, so the smell goes right into the apartment. The bed is very uncomfortable. Most of the lightings are not working, so the apartment is rather dark. We would not stay there again.

Spacious Roman Refuge

This is a beautiful and spacious apartment for two adults to escape the hussle and bussle of busy Via Nazzionale and we would reserve it again. However a few suggestions to the owner are warranted. These include replacing the very firm mattress that made sleep uncomfortable, (as commented on by another reviewer two years ago), and, by the end of the week, impossible, as the pull out sofa was not much better, and as well ensuring that the huge bag of soiled linens used by the previous renters is picked up promptly for laundering, as promised, and not sitting in front of the front door the whole week of our stay. This was not appreciated. Thank you for making these considerations happen for a better experience next time.

Terrific apartment with fantastic location

Great place for a short or long term stay. The apartment is very spacious and well equipped. It is centrally located, surrounded by plenty of choices for dining and mini markets for everyday needs. There are also many Rome attractions within walking distance.

One major detail made this less than perfect for us.

Barbara was a wonderful manager and so helpful in meeting us and explaining everything.! The apartment was in a great location and we walked everywhere and walked to/from train station. The only thing that made our stay less than ideal was the bed. We have stayed in owner properties not only all over Italy, but have stayed in countries all around the world and this was the most uncomfortable mattress ever encountered. Hard as a rock plus so noisy, any movement woke up the other. I tried it for about 3 hours, then got up, found some extra bedding and slept on the couch for that and the remaining nights.

Perfect location for our stay in Rome

Nice cozy apartment centrally located near shopping and train station. We could actually walk alot of the places we went but chose to take the train due to weather. Irene was was very helpful with the checkin process as well as arranging transportation to and from the airport especially when we a departing flight leaving at 6 in the morning. I would definitely recommend to stay here if visiting Rome.
