the apartment is very beautiful and tastefully decorated. We really appreciated its layout and the fact that it is very bright. The streets that are in the ad are about twenty minutes away in the heart of the historic Trastavere which can surprise you if, as us, you particularly flashed on them. The air conditioning is a real luxury in summer! Finally, our hostess is like her house, very nice! She did her best to make us feel good and to help us with the few questions we could ask ourselves.
Ps. Pay attention to the city tax which is not huge but not included and that you'll need to pay cash at the end or at the beginning of the stay. đ

amazing stay in a lovely appartement
Our stay in Sabrina's appartement was very nice, close to all transports and to the center. The appartement was well furnished and the owner was very helpfull. She drove us from the airport to the house for a very little price and was always available to answer our needs. I trully recommand Sabrina and her appartment for your stay.
Sabrina was fantastic. We contacted her from the airport and she let us leave our bags in the apartment whilst it was being cleaned. We sat in the lovely cafe below until the cleaning was finished. Sabrina gave us a great rundown of the accommodation, local and wider area and went out of her way to be helpful. Happy to rent again in Rome with Sabrina!
The photo advertising this apartment is not accurate and does not depict the actual neighborhood. This property is in a very sketchy neighborhood with littered streets across the street from McDonald's!
The terrace is filthy and there was no view of the Tiber River. And the owner neglects to mention that in total you have to walk of 4 flights of stairs to each this "terrace." There were a few old chairs with stained cushions on them.
We arrived at 3 p.m. and were greeted by an associate of the owner. She was very nice and tried to be helpful. The first think she did was walk us up 3 flights of stairs (not mentioned in the description) to a dingy hallway. Upon entering the apartment we were overcome by the heat! She said that she was supposed yo have been there earlier to "air out" the flat by opening windows. After opening windows we realized that the air conditioner was not on. Finally, we figured out how to turn it on and let it run for several minutes. With the windows now closed and the AC on FULL BLAST...only a small amount of air pushed out and it was not cool. More time elapsed and we heard a drill through the wall at the sight of the AC. Now the AC stopped all together. We waited to see if it would come back on. We told Lorella if it didn't work we couldn't stay there and she said that she understood. She was on the phone with the owner who was away. They made no attempt to summon a repair sercive nor did they offer to pay for a hotel for the night, so after over 1.5 hours we left. Three days later the owner contacted me and said that the AC was working and that I could come back. Obviously, we did not go back as it was our last day and we were situated elsewhere.
At first the owner agreed to reimburse us but now she is refusing. VRBO/Homeaway is not helpful when it comes to resolving disputes. I will not be using them in the future.
The location of this apartment is great for getting all around Rome. And Trastevere is a cool neighborhood. The apartment is clean and Sabrina very responsive and helpful. I thought the street pics in the ad were taken at the apartment which isnât correct and was at first a little disappointed. But I soon realized that one of the best restaurants around is seriously right across the street and the coffee bar downstairs is great and the people so friendly. We needed a couple things after we checked in (around 9:30pm) and Sabrina was there the first thing the next morning. She also helped us make dinner reservations when my phone wasnât working and gave us a lot of great tips for sight seeing, shopping, eating and the best choices for transportation. Thanks for everything.
Good location to getting around. Friendly coffee shop next door with great pastries. Sabrina very helpful and went out of her way to offer us amenities to make our stay comfortable.
We enjoyed our stay in Sabrinaâs place. It is a great location amongst the locals. Walk along the Tiber River to the sites in Rome. Great coffee shop right downstairs and a delicious restaurant on the opposite side of the block. )same side of the street). We would stay here again.
Lovely light and airy accommodation with great access to public transport
Sabrina is a great hostess, warm, friendly and generous. She was very helpful and very responsive to our queries. Very easy access to public transport. đ.
Good accommodation which was light and airy, and very clean. Great facilities, everything you need, except no dishwasher. Potential downside for some, there are 3 flights of stairs up to the arpartment.
We would stay there if we were to visit Rome again. đđ»đ
The apartment is adorable, real close to the train station.
The apartment is adorable, real close to the train station. Sobrino was very helpful with locations and restaurants. She supplied maps and notes and was very informative!!
The apartment is centrally located with easy access to trams, buses, and the train station (quick transportation to the airport). It is a 20 minute walk or short tram ride to the historic Trastevere neighborhood. Sabrina was very responsive to any issues with the apartment or questions about Rome. We frequently walked to the nearby Mercado do Testaccio to purchase fresh produce, cheese, and wine. The air conditioner unit is located in the living room, but the entire apartment cooled down with the doors open. Sabrina also had a fan in the bedroom.
We enjoyed our stay in the apartment for our three days in Rome. The apartment was modern with plenty of room for my husband and I. The internet connection was fast and reliable - which was important to us. The kitchen had everything we needed and the living room AC unit was great. We also had a fan in the bedroom, which helped during this really hot season. Sabrina, the host, was wonderful to work with. She arranged for a colleague to pick us up at the airport. The train/bus station is very close to the apartment, but we had a large amount of luggage, so the pick up was helpful. Sabrina had a notebook in the apartment that explained about area restaurants and shops and she sent us area information/maps on our cell phone WhatsApp, making it easy to use when we were out and about. And in a drawer there were area maps and a guide book. Another nice touch is having two portable luggage racks in the bedroom. It's nice to have a place for suitcases. The neighborhood restaurants were great. And it was a 20 minute walk to the center of the Trastevere area for its lovely churches and sights. Buses/trams are easy to take into the center of Rome for sight-seeing and visiting. Sabrina was a great host and responded quickly and positively to all inquiries.
Lovely apartment a bit out of the way from the hustle of Rome.
We had a lovely stay in Sabrinaâs apartment. The apartment is located in Trastevere which actually has its own stop if you are traveling by train which is helpful to know. Therefore, you donât have to go all the way into Rome and back out. Sabrinaâs apartment is very nice. Well lit, very quiet. There is air conditioning but not in the bedroom so you have to cool the entire apartment and then the bedroom cools off after a while. Sabrina was a wonderful host! She gave us restaurant recommendations as well as thorough information regarding the surrounding neighborhood and was always available to chat. When I return to Rome I would stay at her apartment again!

very nice apartment, clean, well equipped, would stay there again.
no complaints here, everything went well during our trip to Rome, apartment was great the area was quiet for a city neighborhood and close to all the public transportation to get to all the places we wanted to go to. A little warning the apartment has no elevator and there are quite a few flights of stairs to climb to get to it, we were expecting it after reading another review. Overall, this is a great place to stay and we would definitely stay here again.
We spent three nights in Rome and were very happy with the apartment and Sabrina. The binder with local info was a great and thoughtful addition. Thanks so much!
The apartment was clean and comfortable and the Airconditioning worked well . We were there in July. I would mention that itâs on the 4th floor and there is no elevator so travel light. We found that to be good exercise. Sabrina was very nice and helpful. Lovely place! Roger and Janet Little
Fin lejlighed med god beliggenhed ift. Trastevere.
My son and I really enjoyed this property. The location in Trastevere is excellent - a bit away from the hustle and bustle of Rome, but still very convenient. Very good local restaurants in short walking distance and convenient to public transportation. We would definitely stay here again.

Our apartment in the Trastevere area was conveniently located to lots of restaurants, banks and public transportation. Trastevere Station is less than a 5 minute walk which takes you to The Vatican or airport and the tram is only minutes away. The apartment was clean, well equipped and the bed was very comfortable. Sabrina met us when we arrived and was quick to answer any questions we had. She is a great host who attended to our needs promptly.
