My husband who is and I were in Rome for 8 days and truly enjoyed staying in this well kept loft. We found ups and downs, so I wish to share both fairly. Please note, the downs were of no consequence to me, but they may be of note to other perspective guests.
The ups:
Location, it just doesn’t get better, it’s relatively quiet while being centrally located.
The feel, It is extremely well appointed and light, everything worked as it should and the kitchen had all the necessary tools. We were so glad to be able to use the washing machine.
The staff, were helpful, courteous, professional and punctual, I really recommend working with this group.
The car service might be steeper than taking the train, but I would still recommend it hands down.
The downs: The low part of the ceilings is very low, my husband 6ft/183cm and I 5ft 3in/164cm are accustomed to this in our own home, but be aware, even a short person needs to be careful.
Stairs, there are 58 to the fourth floor and no elevator, again no problem for my husband and me, but a point to be considered if you have trouble with stairs.
Bathtub, this is a point of preference to be sure, the tub is huge and glorious but if you prefer standing showers, you will be disappointed.
I hope this review is helpful for perspective guests. My husband and I agreed we would happily stay again if we return to Rome.
