An excellent place to stay to explore Rome and the surrounding towns. Our room was well maintained and the bed is really comfy. It's located right near a metro station that is only a few stops away from Termini, and you are within a couple of miles of all the major sites. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to have a holiday in and around Rome.

We stayed two nights at the Residenza Flaminio Gaio. We stayed in a family room, it was very comfortable, clean and the staff were great, friendly, professional and helpful. Great stay, highly recommend!

Hotel was walking distance and in good proximity to all areas we had planned on our trip. However, the room itself lacked finesse in the cleanliness, windows were dirty, toilet button broken and shower was a struggle to use.

I like that it is close to the metro station and walkable to and from some of the sights of the city and the free continental breakfast. I did not like that the hotel didn’t have a lift.

Convenient location and Helpful Staff

Great service from Hilaria and Luca at the front desk who were always cheerful and helpful and worked long hours! They immediately fixed a small issue with our room and also set us up with an excellent driver to the airport. Room was pleasant and comfortable; good shower :) breakfast also good. We found the location excellent for exploring the city; we walked to all the major sights from the hotel and there are lots of great restaurants within a 15 minute walk.

Average stay - some issues

Location of the hotel was great for exploring Rome. The staff on the desk were friendly and available for most of the day. Room decor was fine but showing signs of wear and tear. Bathroom wasn’t well-ventilated and shower had poor drainage. Our main issues were noise levels in the hotel. We could hear people very clearly in the next room and from around 8am onwards the noise in the halls and from the breakfast area were really loud. Don’t stay here if you enjoy a lie in! There was also scaffolding outside our room blocking all light and we saw workers moving along the scaffolding directly outside the room throughout the day.

Small hotel of 42 rooms, rooms were large and spacious. The front desk staff were super helpful with helping me with dealing getting my lost luggage and getting it back to the right place. A bigger and brighter address sign would be super helpful. We arrived early on a dark rainy night and took us a few minutes to find the doorway to the hotel. A great local neighbourhood vibe with a short walk to local cafes, groceries and buses.

Everything was quaint and the location is great. We had a leaky faucet that was a little loud the entire trip but other than that everything was great. I would keep in mind the building is right next to a construction site, but we could not heat anything and it did not bother us. Would stay again!

Greta location great service

The staff was very respectful, kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. The hotel is in a great area. Walking distance from many attractions. The room was comfortable. The shower was a little updated. Had a great time!
