Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

No communication. Beware !!!!!

I was never able to see the place. Had to wait 2 hours outside the main entrance with wife 2 kids mom & mother in law.. I tried to contact them since 11am and no answer. Left msg. 2 times. Hotels.com also tried to contact them and nothing. Terrible no communication. I had to book another place 15 min. Away. Another 20 euros for taxi.. Then hotels.com finally got a hold of them and they dont want to re-imburse my money. Beware..
