The elevator was very dangerous and the layout was very confusing. The employees at the front forgot to give my passport back and there also wasn’t a breakfast included. The beds where very uncomfortable too

Les hôtes sont très accueillants et disponible à tout moment. La localisation est TOP à deux pas de la gare TERMINI. Nous avons juste été déçu de dormir dans un canapé lit. Sinon c'était remis à neuf, propre et fonctionnel. Le prix est très abordable pour la proximité de la gare.

Muito bom

Sim, farmácia, mercado, padaria, há um Empório Brasileiro que serve refeições. Mas o melhor café fica próximo ao Termini. Comemos também no Mino, fica na mesma rua do hotel.

Expediaのチャットで、先に到着時間を伝えておきました。インターホンは、１回押せば施設に鳴り響く仕様らしいです。押してから、少し待っていれば、インターホンの返事してくれます。 トイレが流れなかったのが、困ったことでした。 チェックアウトの時間を決めていなかったら、レセプションに寄らなくてもいいよと対応してくれました。スタッフの方、ありがとうございました。
