TERRIBLE!!
This hotel is not worth stars. Between the condition of the room and behaviour from the staff I don’t know what’s WORST! I recently went to Rome with my husband and upon arrival at the hotel we were told we could not check in until 2pm and had to wait until then in a very angry manner. Looking back this was the first red flag. We sat in the lobby area for 2 hours waiting for the time to check in only to witness someone else walk right in and check
in at. 1:50pm no issues. We then approached the counter to wait in line when an older man who works shouted how can I help you!!! When we told him we waiting to check in he said go have a seat I will call you when I’m ready. We then went back to seat only to be waiting for an additional 15 minutes. When we noticed he wasn’t coming we then went back to the counter when he then laughed and said he forgot about us. Which was extremely rude. After going into the bedroom we instantly noticed the room was not clean the floor was not swept and there was hairs on the inside of the bedsheet and bathroom floor. The bathroom conditions are extremely out dated!! This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at and the staff are extremely RUDE. On our last day after checking out my husband asked to use the toilet near the check in area and the older man who works there told him No. Honestly the behaviour of the older man who works there is appalling.
