"The hotel was wonderful. The room was spacious and the bathroom was clean and spacious. My only complaint is about the parking. The hotel charges $30@ night, and it’s added to your bill at check in. And You have in/out parking. However the garage is very small and parking for the hotel is very limited and you are not guaranteed a space when you go out and return. This means you have to find a space on the street. And street parking is very limited as well. If you do get a space in the garage you should leave your car there until you check out. Getting a cab for getting around in the city for is much easier."

"Rooftop pool was great, but very crowded. People came out in the mornings and reserved chairs so by the time we got back in the afternoons there was nowhere to sit, but few people actually using the chairs. The place wasn’t very clean overall. Hair in the drain upon arrival, dirt in corners of the bathroom, just not sparkling clean. It also needs a good touch-up paint job for the nicks and dents here and there throughout the hotel. LOVED the coffee machine in the lobby! So great to get a coffee for free whenever I wanted. Nice touch. Outdoor eating area was kind of gross as well. They needed to manage the area much better to keep it clean out there. It smelled because the little creek that ran through was pretty scummy, but the ducks were pretty to see. The breakfast was great, with something for everyone. Overall, I’d say it was a good stay!"

"We liked the staff and the location of the property but the rooms were outdated and not as big as we had hoped. Also the description on Expedis says that there was a pool but there was no pool on the property which was a disappointment. We did get to enjoy a drink at the Alice Bar which was really nice as the World Cup was on. Overall we really liked the staff and the valet service. It was a good central location in Downtown Montreal."

"The concept is excellent; but, the delivery needs improvement. For after only three months open it does not have regular maintenance. Toilet paper holders down in more than one bathroom. Housekeeping for the general area is poor, but the Capsules were good and clean. AC was not working on the ground level( and the staff were aware of this). One has to assume management would have known. Hallway floors were dirty everywhere. Three of the bathrooms were out of order( a staff maintenance person could have fixed these). Tv' in rooms were not working ( or there were no instructions for use- my Capsule remote needed batteries). A large TV in the common area would have been wonderful. One of the charging plugs in the common area was not working. Having said all this in hoping these will be addressed I still enjoyed three nights. Restaurant choices nearby are excellent, and there is a grocery store nearby. Really appreciated the STAFF!"
