"Hotel Gracery is in a fantastic location in Shinjuku. And although it was very busy we were able to quickly check in and out, never had to wait long for an elevator and were even able to use the laundromat without a wait. And for a large and busy hotel the room was very quiet. We were on the 23rd floor so we had a wonderful view of Tokyo! It’s also very convenient because on the first level there’s a bunch of restaurants and even the ever popular 7-11 konbini. It’s a beautiful hotel and if you’re into Godzilla, there’s lots to see. Our biggest disappointment was that they were doing some renovation or work on the Godzilla Terrace, so we were not able to go out on the deck and take photos with the giant Godzilla head or get to enjoy the great view of the city. I would highly recommend a stay at Hotel Gracery, even if you’re not a Godzilla fan."

"Hotel was very clean with helpful staff and good laundry facilities. Many food choices around the area and good amount of amenities in the roof. You could even watch which laundry machine were available from the tv and see how long your takes to complete. I do wish they had a pool but we pleasently enjoyed our stay at the Metropolitan Edmonton and would definitely book again."

"The pictures we saw when booking the hotel didn’t match the actual hotel or our rooms. The rooms were outdated and had mold everywhere. Our sink had a crack, and the shower curtain wasn’t clean. The location was convenient and safe, but it was also very crowded. Not recommended."
