The check in was super easy, never saw anyone all on the app, including room access. The room was average the bed wasn't very comfortable. The hotel/restaurant closed early and we were not able to get any food although they advertised open until 11pm

I liked it was near the water, but the restaurants in evening were very loud and there was no one on site to help with an easy request. If you called the on line help- extremely polite but had no real solutions and there was a rooster crowing in the background (seriously- it was just funny) They also have very tight and limited parking. That was a huge challenge regardless your car type.

This was the first time we had exposure to contactless check in. It was easy and straightforward. However, I felt the absence of hotel personnel quite keenly in that there was no one around to answer basic questions. There was not a lot of local imformation provided in the room.

We had a really great time! The view from our room was incredible! There was only one parking space, though it said that room 17 had two, but our neighbors from room 18 had two and only one car, so they let us use theirs, which was great. But other than that, everything was great. We only stayed there for one night, and it was a nice walk across the bridge to Newburyport.

This hotel is overpriced. 10 am departure time and there's no hot water for oatmeal. You can hear neighbors and the motorists all night. And the sink didn’t drain. Won’t be returning!
