Sunset Beach Haven in San Clemente

This 2 bedroom condo is located just two blocks away from Del Mar Street for top grade resaurants, unique boutiques and a 12 min walk to the beach. It has an outdoor deck with a peak at the ocean, full kitchen, bathroom, 2 comfortable bedrooms with a desk for working remotely. The unit is deep cleaned between guests and all ready for you to enjoy this quaint beach town with a Spanish village vibe.

In 2015 the entire complex was torn down to the studs and renovated in a Spanish colonial style using wrought iron details including a center point cross. Hence the name “Casa de la Cruz” or “House of the Cross.” Everything in this 1000 sf apartment is maintained with beautiful details that guests routinely rave about.

Everything is available for use in this upstairs apartment. Garages are for long term renters only. We have a policy of no parking in the driveway except for loading and unloading. Street parking overnight is usually easy to find.

Beach city with fun shopping, surfing, and food! There are lots of great restaurants and live music options (at night) downtown. It's a very friendly town perfect for vacationing.

15 minute walk from the metro train station and from the beach and pier. 2 blocks from Del Mar Street, which is considered San Clemente's downtown for shopping boutiques and lots of great food options. You can walk or get a taxi easily to get around town.

Unfortunately no pets are allowed in this unit do to allergies.

Our neighbors will be grateful if you bring the group inside with the windows closed during these hours. Our yearly tenants' windows are located on the driveway, so please be respectful and quiet when walking by their rooms. Also, refrain from hanging out or taking phone calls by the front door or on the driveway.
