We saw a cockroach…. The shower/tub was constantly leaking, and the floor made our feet black. The room was disgusting and the room was advertised as a nice hotel. This was a motel that they don’t clean. We will never stay there again

my room wasn’t ready when i arrived was giving wrong key for my room and worst of all my headboard fell in the middle of the night and i asked to speak to manager and no one contacted me

The manager is wonderful - kind and helpful and creative when unexpected issues arise ! The suites are large and comfortable for an incredibly affordable price. Would highly recommend and will come back next time I am in San Diego!

I would like a refund this place is so disgusting, it smells like cigarettes, the floor is so dirty, the beds were filthy. My 2 year old couldn’t sleep at all because the room felt so stuffy!!!! This hotel is inhabitable!!! It’s poorly maintained!!

Don’t let the pictures fool you this hotel is nothing like what you see in the pictures. Rust and mold in the showers. A brown sectional pull out sofa that was once green. Stained disgusting carpet. Non smoking facilities with cigarette burns trout the room as well as smell. And if you’re really looking for a good time prostitutes working out of the hotel that want to keep you company. The rooms here are falsely advertised and pretty sure all of their great reviews were fake. Run while you can
