Location is everything, and this property has it! A two-minute walk to everything fun in Mission Beach - the beach, the bay, Belmont Park, restaurants & shops. Anything else was a quick bike/scooter/skateboard ride on the boardwalks. The renovations on this property were done well, it was very clean and everything was as advertised. Having a two-car garage in this part of town was awesome and we certainly utilized it. Neighbors respected quiet hours, although we wish San Diego airport did too! The rooftop deck offered amazing views of the ocean, bay & beyond. We highly recommend this property!

Good family trip/needs new cleaning people

This condo is beautiful. Two bedrooms are a great size and comfortable, the couch bed is awful even for my 10 year old. The condo is decorated super cute and has a lot of perks that did not get listed or let us know prior so we overpacked. I messaged the owner 4 times asking about amenities and the only response was we will get back to you. The email telling us about checkin went to spam folder and I didn’t know it came until the day of our trip when I called the property management company. We could have planned meals Differently if we had known a crockpot was available and two coffee pots, or not brought sand toys, chairs, two bikes etc.. Neither one of our cars fit in the garage (large suv and truck) and no street parking was available so we had to park in a lot near Belmont and walk back. Bed sheets on ALL three beds were dirty upon arrival. Thank goodness I brought laundry soap! They had makeup on the pillows, hair on the sheets and a toenail on another. We had to stay up for almost two hours washing bedding. Very upset about that and grossed out especially with a LARGE cleaning fee and we didn’t know until we went to bed. I don’t think this is the owners fault but someone should check with the cleaning people about cutting corners (especially during COVID). Location is great walking distance to the bay and ocean (just have the cross the major street to get to the ocean side) nearby neighbors let us know how much they hated rentals and it was a little uncomfortable.

Get Away from the Heat

Nice property, mostly as advertised. Could have been cleaner. Located in the heart of Mission Beach, convenient to shops, beach and bay, though noisier then expected - airplane fly over. Suggest you clarify instructions - what is posted in property versus what is emailed prior to stay, provide additional info on available accessories - beach chairs, beach towels, bikes, buggy boards, kids toys.
