Bayhill Inn and Travelocity both terrible

Hotel was booked and confirmed through Travelocity and when I arrived at 9pm no room was available. Hotel employee was rude. Not sure who was at fault for this very poor service but I'm told Travelocity overbooked. Will be sure in future never to give business to Travelocity or Bayhill Inn.

inexpensive but clean

The room was small despite having a king bed and sleeper sofa. The doors has to be pushed hard to close. However it was clean, the beds were comfortable and it was quiet.

What a dive!

This is a horrible hotel.  A 2 story walk-up in a dumpy part of town.  It's a 15-20 minute walk to BART, but I wouldn't recommend walking at night.  Also, if you are a single female, you will NOT feel safe in this hotel.  No smoking allowed in the rooms so guys hung out right outside their doors smoking.  I had to give a $10 cash deposit for the hotel key.  I never got it back because there was no one at the desk at 6am when I left.  The room was musty smelling and there was a roach I had to kill in the bathroom.  Thank god I didn't spend much time in this place.  Never again.

valuable room

Pros: Free Internet, Quiet
Cons: internet is slow
Not bad as other comments said. Their staff are very nice and friendly. Recommended to stay here.

Bayhill Inn

Pros: Close restaurants, Free Internet
I lived in San Bruno for almost 40 years so never had the occasion to stay in a motel. This motel was centrally located close to where I wanted to visit. I had a slight problem with water leaking around the commode and it was fixed prompltly. I was very pleased with the staff and service.
