Check-in was a nightmare. It took 45 minutes and we were the only customers there the first 20! Staff was untrained and left to fend for herself. Did not receive the rooms we had earlier called and confirmed. Room itself was lovely. Close proximity to airport was both a blessing and a curse. Planes take off ALL night long interrupting sleep. We were double billed for parking which they said they will correct. Given all the problems we had even though the room was nice, we would not stay there again.
