We had an incredible stay at this high-floor ESJ studio, and it exceeded our expectations in every way. The ocean views were absolutely breathtaking — waking up to the sound of the waves and seeing the beach right from the room was unforgettable.The location is perfect, with direct beach access, making it super convenient to step out and enjoy the ocean anytime. The studio was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for everything we needed.Overall, this was a relaxing and beautiful stay. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Puerto Rico — we would definitely come back!

Check in process was seamless, all the needed info was clearly provided with picture instructions to make it even clearer. Elevator in the building is fast, never a long wait. The gate in the back to the sea does close at 7pm so plan for that. Comfortable beautiful condo, we had an amazing time. Parking also included for free and you can come in and out as many times as you want. Washer and dryer inside the unit is also so convenient. If planning to use the coffee maker, bring your own cream.

This property was absolutely stunning! 10 out of 10! I loved the game room and full bar right in the lobby! The view was breathtaking! The elevators and communal areas always looked and smelled very clean. I would definitely come back and stay. Communication with the host was immaculate, always willing to help and attentive! The layout of the condo was updated and modern. The beach was right off the property with no need to book prior excursions since there was plenty to do on site! The nightlife was safe and fun. Lots of restaurants and easy to get around via Uber or Lyft. I have to add that parking was great. It was easy to locate and the security guards were so helpful with the parking pass and any general questions! Overall, we had an amazing time. The building was easy to locate once we arrived. The unit was perfect down to the toiletries! The shampoo, conditioner, body wash smelled so nice! Thank you!

Very clean room with air conditioning, laundry, kitchenette, and super comfortable bed. The building has hotel amenities such as parking, security, a bar, coffee shop, cashier, and easy access to a nice beach. The building common areas could use a little updating, but they are clean, and the suite itself is well-maintained and updated. The view from the balcony is one of the ocean, but there are some buildings that (only slightly) obscure the view. If you are a light sleeper, bring ear plugs for the airport noise
although it only bothered me the first night. The host is wonderful, attentive and has helpful suggestions! I would return to this property.

It was a beautiful room, but the view pictured left me thinking it was a direct view of the ocean and none of the notes or codes were provided. I called to get them. I wish they were sent to e-mail or texted to my phone, but they were not.

The unit was a nice size...a little strange though as the bathroom was right off the kitchen with frosted barn doors. You can see the sea from the balcony but there are a lot of buildings in the view as well. Very close to the airport, we were able to watch the planes take off. All in all it was a pleasant stay.

My stay at the condo was perfect. It was clean, comfortable, and felt very safe. As a solo female traveler, that is very important to me. The view is a 10/10 and the highlight of the unit. Watching the planes take off was awesome! When the doors are closed, it’s not loud at all. I absolutely loved it and will stay again in the future. The communication with the host was also very good.

Wonderful unit with very updated, sleek furnishings and comfortable bed. The kitchen has items to cook with if you desire. Easy to get to beach by just going downstairs to beach gate.

Incredible views and plenty to do! The beach is just steps away, and there’s even a casino right next door. Restaurants are within walking distance, and everything you need is right here. The washer and dryer are such a bonus! Will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Stay

This property looks just like it does in the photos. It is clean with very easy beach access (sunset photo taken from the beach), a cute cafe for breakfast in the lobby, free assigned parking and walking distance to food and casino and easy access to the highway. Hosts gave clear instructions for everything. The only con which is out of the hosts control is how loud the planes are because of how close the property is to the airport. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay and could not have been more pleased with our location and cleanliness of the unit. The island lost power during our stay and our hostesses, Alice and Davis checked on us throughout our stay and updated us on the power restoration. We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to PR.
