The hotel rioms were nice and being on the beach was fantastic. There us some work/construction going in in the lobby. Food in the restaurant was very good. I was upset when i got severe bug bites on bith if my legs. To fund out on my last night that the hotel had pamphlets on these invisible bugs on the beach and offered bug spray. It would have been nice to have been given this information on check-in.

The Courtyard Isla Verde was great for our family of 4 for the week. There are several dining options, the swim up bar was fantastic and never overly crowded. Having access to the beach and chairs/umbrellas was great. There were many times that we were among the only ones on the entire beach. The entire staff was attentive and went out of their way to make our time there memorable. There is not much to walk to with regard to restaurants or shops, but we had a rental car so it was not an issue. We would definitely return and definitely recommend.

Very expensive for what it was. Old and outdated rooms and facilities. Staff with an attitude. They don't recognize and value customers with high Marriott status. Expensive resort fee which adds no value. Will never come back.

We absolutely loved the property. Everything you needed was right there. The staff were super helpful. It was so. Convenient being near the airport but also made things noisy. The hotel was spectacular but the surrounding areas were a little run down.

Well furnished facilities. Friendly staff. Would be nice to have the swim up bar open later in to the evening. Service from the Sirena bar was very slow. Like that the pool is open 24/7. Would be nice if they had a shuttle too and from the airport. Food quality is great. Definitely a 4 out of 5 resort.

Honestly the quality of the room is below par for the price. The room was stuffy, had hair in the shower, the drawers on the dresser were broken and kept opening creating a fall hazard. And nothing is included, not breakfast, not warm cookies, not even late checkout. The ONLY redeeming quality about this hotel is the pool and beach access. There is no point in it being close to the airport because you can't walk it and the Uber is still expensive. Might as well stay 10 miles away for a cheaper price at a nicer hotel.
