We had a wonderful stay in the San Juan area! The place was very clean and in a fantastic location—just steps from the beach and close to so many great restaurants. Everything was exactly as described and made our trip easy and relaxing. Alice was an amazing host and truly went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Good host. Building water & electricity went out, but nothing the host can do about that. They checked in during the stay via messages to make sure all was good and returned and communication in a timely manner. The building itself isn’t the greatest & the water for the shower takes time to get adjusted to. In addition, the floors weren’t the cleanest in the room and felt dirty when we got there. All in all, good host.

Very clean and bright studio beautifully decorated! The bed is very comfortable and it was just like the pictures. The only thing was the hot and cold water in the shower it’s either too hot or too cold. It is still a great place and we will definitely stay again.

Cute place

This is a cute studio apartment. The location is good and close to the airport and beach. No noise from the airport. Beach is a 5-10 minute walk. You can rent beach chairs and umbrella for $20 for the day for two people. Thai place does not have any beach items except two small towels. Very safe area. Would stay here again.
