Booked this for my mother in law. She loved how comfortable it was and said it had everything she needed. She commented on how quiet and peaceful it was. She is already planning her next stay! Fantastic spot and great hosts. Highly recommend.

I was in the area to help my daughter move after college. This is close to Denton and a great value. The hosts were proactive in their communication. The property was comfortable and clean. I liked that they had bottled water and a bag of ice in the freezer. I’m a bit of a “princess and the pea” type when it comes to trusting an unfamiliar water supply. This property is in a safe area, walkable to the downtown square which has a number of good restaurants and (on Sunday when I was there) a sweet farmer’s market. I walked to Cowboys Restaurant and had a great catfish dinner with top notch hush puppies and fried okra! I highly recommend this property/host!

Very comfortable, cozy, quiet place. We would definitely stay again. The king bed was so comfortable. The bath towels were very nice too.We had no issues so didn’t need to contact the host.
