I felt like I was in a crack house. The room smelled of heavy cologne/vomit smell. The floors were not clean. The bathtub had hair in it and wouldn’t drain. The pillow had a blood stain on it. Other stains on the sheets. I had to go purchase a sheet set and pillows to sleep there. No such thing as no smoking room. The entire facility smelled of cigarette smoke. I cleaned the floors with disinfectant sheets and used an entire bag. They became black with everything I cleaned.. floors, dresser, headboard, table. Cockroach found in room. It was the nastiest place I’ve ever had to stay. Barely enough toilet paper to last overnight. Screaming profanities from people outside in the parking lot in the middle of the night and a screaming/crying kid at 2:30am running the halls. This place is GROSS.

The room was extremely dirty. Had shredded doors at the bottom, roaches and ants. Strong order, floors were not clean from previous dogs. Surrounding rooms were loud with their tenants. Didn't expect luxury but did expect at least cleanliness. Didn't get even that.

Rooms looked clean. Killed a cockroach in first minute of entering room, killed a second one in lobby area next day.
