Beautiful, comfortable house! The kitchen was stocked with the gadgets and accoutrements needed to cook almost anything. The beds were comfortable and we loved that all the bedrooms except the bunkroom had ensuite bathrooms. The pool was lovely and private. Our only negative was that the house did not come with pool towels. When you are flying in a beach towel + a pool towel eat up a lot of room in your bag. I am sure this is the management co policy but for a house at this premium level it seems petty.

perfect stay!!

We had a perfect stay! We booked this trip very last minute (about a month out) and it couldn't have been easier. We all agreed the space was perfect for parents, grandparents and our two little boys:) the quick walk to seaside, well stocked kitchen, pool to dip in after a fun day at the beach and comfortable sleeping arrangements were our highlights! The beach rental service that comes with your stay is also super convenient for your planning purposes. Feeling thankful for the memories made and hope to visit this sweet property again!

Feels like our own beach home!!

We have been staying at Bilken Bungelow for years now, feels like our home away from home on the beach! Great location, Perfect amenities great open feeling with large table for hosting families. The kitchen is stocked with anything you need to cook, and the king bedrooms each with its own bathroom is perfect for multiple families.I couldn’t recommend more! Until next time!!!

A bit disappointed

The roads through the neighborhood need work. The deep holes will eventually hurt somebody or their vehicle. I always stay in the ft Walton area and would prefer that instead. I felt too far away from everything and the beach access was too hard for me to climb

We’ve rented homes on 30A for the past 20 years...sometimes 3 times a year. It is the BEST area. My teens spend a lot of time with their friends at Seaside and at the beach. This house was in the perfect spot. While everyone else was being shuttled to and fro, we could easily walk. The house was equipped with everything a renter needs. Huge kitchen. Clean. Lots of parking space.
