Pacifico L612 is a recently updated two-bedroom condo on the third floor of one of the buildings in Pacifico, a high-end condo community in El Coco.



The Space:

Pacifico provides guests with resort-style amenities and exclusive access to a beach club. This unit features a shaded balcony with an outdoor dining set and a BBQ grill, offering a bird’s-eye view of the lush greenery and mountains that surround Playas del Coco.



This 1,122-square-foot (104 ㎡) unit has an open-concept living and dining space, decorated with stylish furniture and decor. The living room features a set of faux-leather couches with rust-colored and striped throw pillows, a wooden coffee table, a flat-screen TV, and retro-inspired artwork. The living area sits next to a floor-to-ceiling sliding glass door that opens onto the covered, furnished balcony, offering exceptional views of Pacifico and El Coco.



The modern kitchen is beautifully decorated with white quartz countertops, a breakfast bar seating four, and dark wood cabinets and drawers. The kitchen space includes high-end stainless steel appliances, including an oven and stovetop, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator and freezer. The dining space features a circular wooden dining table with four chairs and an end table beneath a large mirror.



The master bedroom is furnished with a king-sized bed and a wooden bedroom set that includes a bedframe, two nightstands, and a dresser with a flat-screen TV. The bedroom also features a sliding glass door that opens onto the balcony, a walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed and has a full bathroom next door, with a walk-in shower and single-sink vanity.



As a guest at Pacifico L612, you’ll have access to the property’s renovated outdoor spaces, including four sparkling swimming pools with lounge chairs, beach towels, and umbrellas, a hot tub, tennis and pickleball courts, and a children’s playground. The entire gated community is landscaped with lush greenery and tropical plants, creating a relaxing oasis, and it offers 24/7 security.



You’ll also have access to the Pacifico Beach Club for $35 per person (with $25 credited back for food purchases), which includes two infinity pools and fine-dining experiences at Blu Bar and Alma Santa Cocina Latina, and beachfront access. A complimentary shuttle service is also included from the condo to the Pacifico Beach Club.



This unit offers air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, and maid service upon request. This condo comes with a designated parking spot and can be accessed via a staircase, as there is no elevator in the building.



Pet-friendly policy



We welcome your furry friends at our property! Before you book, each pet must be verified and approved based on breed and size (max 35 lbs.), accompanied by a recent photo. A refundable pet fee of $200 per stay, along with an additional cleaning fee of $50 + 13% per pet, is required to ensure our home remains pristine for all guests. We allow up to two pets per reservation. Pets must be kept on a leash at all times in public areas within the property grounds. Certain properties and complexes may have specific rules and registration requirements. Pets need to be verified at least 24 hours prior to check-in. If guests arrive at check-in with unverified pets, access to the property will be denied.

Please note that Pacific Development will be carrying out exterior maintenance and painting works throughout the building from May 20 through August 2026. As part of these improvements, guests may occasionally see scaffolding around certain areas of the property and experience some daytime maintenance activity nearby.

Every effort will be made to minimize noise and inconvenience during your stay. We kindly recommend keeping personal belongings and clothing inside when work is taking place near balconies or terraces.

As with many growing and well-maintained communities, these temporary improvements help preserve and enhance the property for all guests. A discounted rate reflecting these temporary conditions has already been considered in the price of this unit.

Getting Around:

Taxis are available but can be a bit hard to find. Many locals use buses to get around, though there are a limited number of routes and times of day when you can catch them. I recently stayed at a beautifully designed third-floor space overlooking the pool in Coco, and it was an incredible experience! The attention to detail in the decor was impressive and created a warm, inviting atmosphere. I enjoyed my morning swim and loved the convenience of being within walking distance to everything, including the beach. The location was perfect, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. I can't wait to return to this little slice of paradise!GP

Great place

Clean, comfortable, premium bedding and all around good stay. The unit is on the third floor so expect a lot of stairs. I was put off at first going through a management company, special places, however, they are very responsive and pleased with them coordinating all the airport transfers.

Amazing!

Excellent stay at an excellent property with excellent hosts! The property is beautiful with multiple pools and a nice family environment! You will feel safe, comfortable and confident as you stay in the Pacifico development! The hosts respond readily to questions via the what’sApp mobile application. Good wifi, overall just a really great stay! We are already beginning plans to return!

Nice property with plenty of swimming pools, close drive to the beach, beachfront club access. Unit was as described, 3rd floor with no elevator which didnt bother us but may others. Balcony overlooked pool. Costa Rica is our favorite detination and if we return to Coco will look this unit up again.

Condo is on 3rd floor overlooking pool. Very clean and well furnished. King bed in main bedroom very comfortable. Kitchen well stocked. Pacifico is the place to stay if visiting Coco. Just an FYI but not a detractor- there are no elevators in any of the Pacifico condo bldgs..
