We were assured 1st floor. The 1st room on ground floor but heater was broken. No other ground floor rooms. No lift/elevator. The next room was on 3rd beds were slept in and dirty towels on floor. 3rd on 3rd floor, only slightly cleaner. While in lobby after 3rd room, they gave another ground floor room to new people Sought lodging elsewhere. Still no word or effort towards refunding monies paid enough though didn’t even use any part of room or site.

Rooms are not serviced. No clean towels or replenishment of toiletries. No coffee maker in the room as advised. Annoyingly loud air conditioning/heater and mini fridge. Walls are paper thin and you hear everything from outside and other rooms. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The first room they put me in the TV did not work and there was a terrible smell coming from the fridge. The front desk came and put me in a different room. That room was better, but then the AC did not work. But the front desk did help me promptly.

They were tearing stuff out of the room next to mine, so they were continously banging with hammers until 8am while I was trying to get to sleep early for surgery the next day. The mirror was broken the sink faucet was not screwed down, I had to refasten it myself, but one of the nuts was missing, and a piece of the sink stopper assembly was missing so that didnt' work either.
