The area is heavily under construction. The hotel is mainly a rent a room for people needing home stays per the receptionist. I had reserved a king room multiple weeks before but was told to bad and give a double room because the kings had been rented out. When we went into the room we found.. damaged walls, holes in curtains, bathroom floor’s stripped, feces on the wall in bathroom.

The hotel staff was amazing. They were very kind and helpful. We were disappointed that the pool wasn't open but the room was clean and parking was very convenient.

The hotel room is dirty. Smell bad. Mold in bathroom wall. The web site room picture looks deceiving . Is not what it looks like. Pool not open. Web site says pool open during summer time. Front desk open at 8:30am to 10pm. The surrounding area is dirty and trash can is always full and staff seem not to care. I did not see any house keepers around the hotel. The linens smell old. Hotel policy says no smoking but cigarettes burn on the toilet set. WIFI NOT WORKING. terrible connection. We were not able to watch TV while we were in the room. The TV spend most of the time buffering. Useless WiFi connection. Front desk staff need to learn more customer service. IN SHORT, the hotel is more like a run down motel. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL/MOTEL. Believe me or find out for yourself.

Showed up last night 7/14 to find the front desk closed and no one to check us in. There was a ring doorbell, but no one answered it after i rang it twice. I was traveling with my 13 year old for a surgery and had to find a different room last night. I am very unhappy and want my money back!

Booked months in advance and went to check in only to be turned away and state they gave my room to someone else. The assistant manager said sorry that someone didn’t notify me of the cancellation and that if it makes me feel any better they did it to several other people

I booked a room at this hotel several months ago. 7 hours prior to check in time, after driving 12hrs to get to the city, the hotel calls me to tell me they have no room available for me and won’t be able to accommodate my stay. This is wildly unprofessional. They apparently switched to long term rentals but how about giving your travellers more than 7hours notice. Unbelievable.

Don't Let The Lobby Fool You!

The lobby looks fine but the rooms have old furniture and appliances in need of overdue renovation. There are no irons or ironing boards available and the tv reception is terrible on 80% of the channels. Room service is by request only but the front desk is stingy with towels and toiletries. Coffee is rationed out in the lobby in teeny tiny 4oz cups from 8:00a.m. until noon after that you have to go to a restaurant.

very bad service

The manager canceled my reservation they did not informed me by email or text messages when I rived there the front desk employee said unfortunately your reservation is chanced isn't disgusts they suppose to inform me before I went there so I was totally getting mad and I tried to toked to the manager she doesn't know even how to handle the customer. I don't know her name she just tried to convinced me with out any reason so guys this is really disrespectful I travel very long way my phone was out of charge turned of how can I google and find another room imagen how difficult it is. To be honest with you I was totally out of network and getting terrible at all. Again the company canceled my reservation and they charged me 62.47 and they isn't ridiculous charged? Hi guys why do you asking me so many times this unsatisfactory question? You guys canceled my reservation with out notifies me by email or text message and again you charged me 62.47 dollars isn’t ridicules?

My check out day the lady at counter said she needed two keys or I would be charged. So I asked to go into my room and she refused at first but handed me my key. The key inactivated itself near my phone screen when I went back she refused to reprogram my key. I remember I left behind my charger and she locked the front office and went in my room not allowing me back in to assist with any items I made of left behind. This was two hours before my check out time and thought it was extremely rude and inconsiderate on how I was treated the day I was leaving. I won’t ever stay there again. They also had a red tag under the sink stating it hasn’t been approved on expection by one of the utility companies. They also has bugs coming from the cracks in the wall by air conditioner. Also the bath tub was cracked and peeling with really dirt pipes and really unappealing to shower in. Also tv was a black screen and when I told front desk they said they put in a work order but my entire 3 day stay no one came to look at it. The pictures look better than in person, I would of weathered stayed at motel 6 where I was going to book but this one looked more appealing but definitely way worse. They also charge a deposit of 100 dollars that they will use for anything like a lost key, wash rag, r staining a towel, etc. it was ridiculous!

This is a hotel where having a reservation doesn't matter. I had a room reserved, but when I arrived they had rented it to someone else and were full. I sat in the parking lot for two hours looking for another hotel. Do not waste your time with this place.

First and foremost, this hotel is very ghetto in all aspects. The staff isn’t friendly at all. The pillows are small and flat. The TV only has 5 working visible channels, the rest are all fuzzy. The bathroom was dirty. Hairs all over the floor, gross. Dogs are welcomed so you can hear them barking through the thin walls. Kids were running and yelling all over the property, dogs were barking, so if you like peace and quiet this is a bad place to stay. I would never come back to this trashy hotel again.
