The staff were extremely helpful. Breakfast was good but crazy crowded and not enough seating space. Same with the extremely loud pool and hit tub area. Too small a space to accommodate so many people.

We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. There was issues with one of the toilets not flushing. We called for assistance and it was fixed quickly. Overall it was a good experience

Great hotel

I loved this hotel, the staff were very friendly, room was clean, beds were comfortable and the pillows were good. The pool wasnt very clean and breakfast wasnt great, there were no waffles or bacon etc. Other than those two things we had a great experience and enjoyed our time there.

We requested our room to be cleaned but we were told that they dont have enough time to clean our room. It has always been accomodated in other hotels we have stayed in the past but not here. Some places even do it automatically without asking.
