Receptionist was great and accommodating was able to move us twice because of issues with the room. Upper management needs to provide better support for the people attending the customers. They only had one receptionist on the weekend, and no maintenance staff on site. They need better preventative maintenance for the rooms prior to the weekend.

I usually stay at Holiday inn Express and am usually very happy. But not so this time. It was so noisy a large group of young lady ds were staying and they were on the third floor. All I heard all ni was running and jumping loud bangs and thumps. Also the beds were horrible. Hard with a large dip in them both. The breakfast was not very good either. There were no gluten-free options. And the coffee is always horrible.
