Very cleanly, the beds were very comfortable. The pool was only 3ft deep. Shouldnt even be considered a pool in my opinion. The water was gross. The hot tub was a nice temp. The breakfast was good, plenty of choices.

Awful staff!! Load noise every day at 6 am!! Did not honor my request of high floor and when ask person was really rude!!! You can hear load noise from the road on your room!! Beds are hard and very uncomfortable!!! Pool very dirty!!! Will not be staying here ever!!!

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, my experience was far below expectations and has raised serious concerns regarding the quality of service and hospitality provided. Here are the main issues I encountered: • The swimming pool was extremely dirty and appeared unsafe for use. • There was no food provided at all, despite it being part of the advertised service. • The rooms were dirty and poorly maintained. • The shower was broken and unusable. • Many essential amenities were missing from the room. • Most concerning of all, the behavior of the staff, especially the lady at the reception, was rude and unprofessional. Despite raising my concerns with the supervisor, no resolution was offered. I have stayed at many hotels across various states, but this experience stands out as one of the worst. I feel that I did not receive the service I paid for, and I am extremely disappointed. I request a full explanation and appropriate compensation for this poor experience. I am also considering sharing this review publicly so that others can be warned. I hope to hear from you soon regarding this matter. Sincerely, Mohammed Larhzal

I really liked the staff, very welcoming. It was my daughter’s 6th birthday and we were there just to spend quality time and enjoy the pool. The staff said happy birthday to her and also gave her some cookies. I really appreciated that, we don’t have that much friends and family so i appreciated that the most. Thanks again

Extremely clean, comfortable and functional rooms with good furniture. Staff was good. Breakfast is okay and has bagels, bread and berries for vegans. Very convenient location which is not too far from EWR, NYC, etc. lot of restaurant choices near by. Would stay there again.

Hotel was nice rooms were nice and clean. But i booked that hotel because it has a hot tub and pool and the hot tub was warm at best. When i complained they said it doesn't get warmer.....i was very disappointed

Friendly staff! Clean hotel Good breakfast Hot tub was warm stood at 80 degrees and should have been a hot tub not a warm tub. Room was dated. Bed was extremely hard, not a good bed to sleep on with someone that has back problems. Mulch outside smelled so bad we couldn’t enough the fresh air.
