We had a great stay at this hotel. Since it's a historic hotel, there were fewer electrical plugs to charge all of our gadgets. That wouldn't deter me from staying again, but something to be aware of depending upon your needs.

Beautiful, old time hotel right in downtown Northampton. Lovely lobby, atrium, free coffee & tea in the morning. Comfy bed, plush bathrobes, all good.

After having attended Smith College back in the 90's, I always wanted to stay at this grand hotel. Came back for a concert recently and finally got the chance to stay here. What a great historic hotel! We really enjoyed our stay!

Having stayed at this hotel many years ago and had a great stay i was very dissapointed this time round. First of all they did not serve breakfast and only lunch and dinner wednesday through Saturday . The room was small and sterile the bathroom was really small and as a senior the toilet was way to low there was no decoration on the wall and the one chair in the room was very uncomfortable. The staff where great but very dissapointed in the hotel will have to really consider if i will use them again. I could not recommend them

Unfortunately when it comes to our restaurant, as many are experiencing, the staffing issue has really affected us here. We hope to be back up and fully running shortly and hope you can come have a much better experience this time around.
