The property has been recently updated but is lacking some essentials. There is no place to hang up anything. We had hangers in a drawer but no place to put them. So if you have a dress or suit to hang up, good luck! No towel racks in the bathroom. It's like they forgot that step or didn't want to put holes in the nice new tiled walls. There were a couple of hooks by the door but when I hung my baseball hat on one it fell out of the wall! Oops! The room could have been cleaner, we found a few bugs on the bathroom floor. The toilet was not connected so it banged around every time you got up or sat down. We had a room with an adjoining door but we didn't know who was staying in the other room. Since the floors are not carpeted it was easy to hear what was going on next door, keep that in mind. They also had a big dog that they left alone that was barking. We called the front desk who contacted the owners and it was taken care of relatively quickly. Breakfast was ok, food was not very warm and some products were out of date but there was a decent variety. Not the best continental breakfast but not the worse. We had no problem finding parking spaces, I know that has been mentioned in other reviews. We didn't use the pool or hot tub because it was kind of cold outside but others were braver. It looked nice. There are a lot of choices in St. Augustine but for the price this was not bad.

Front door was broke, waited 2hours to fix the problem. Staff said it was only for 10minutes. They never gave an update on the situation

The property was small and the parking was very limited and shared by the hotel next door. Our room was clean and nice but air conditioner was extremely noisy.
