Room as outdated. There was mold in several places in the bathroom. Housekeeping was rather stingy with towels. Asked for a few extra towels as we had 4 people in our room, and was rudely told “give me what you want” meaning we had to give them the used ones and were only given the same in return. Forget about an extras for the other people in the room. Also saw a roach crawling on bathroom floor. And finally, we were staying for 2 days but we had to go back to registration to have our room key cards reactivated. No explanation other than “they work now”

We killed over 5 flies, roaches in bathroom, early morning traffic, people knocking on our door and heard screaming and crying. It was a rough and frightening night. I will never go to a morel 6

Worst stay flooded rooms

Our room was completely flooded out from an unknown source at the property the first night during our stay returning from a family event very late at night with kids, all of our belongings were completely soaking wet! Our elcetronic devices hair dryers/curls ruined blankets pillows were absolutely soaking wet that were on the beds , Hotel management was not helpful with this situation at all! They did not want to give me a refund because they believed moving my family of 5 to sleep in a one bed was enough. Even though we had to transfer all of runied wet personal items from one room to another at 1am WITH KIDS! Hotel manager declined to let me file a complaint on site so i will be taking it to corporate

After checking in realized there was no water in my room when checking with the office was told that whole section of the motel was with out water why was i not told before you took my money. I immediately checked out and had to drive all the way home. Better get my money back

Horrible stay. Disgusting room that smelled like smoke. Dead cockroach in the corner of the room and crack on the bathroom door. Honestly this was the shadiest place I have ever stayed at.

We got this room knowing that we wouldnt be arriving until midnight... The motel knew this as I put it in the reservation as a special directions we got in about right at midnight... could only use the little window which I totally get seeing the neighborhood and surrounding areas...but the girl needed to REALLY speak Up! So hard to hear her. and she never smiled or said WELCOME... You made it or anything... We got our room which was supposed to be NON Smoking room...#201 And it reeeeked! Of Pot.... we had to pass a guy laying under our Window!!!!!! If I had been alone I would of NOT STAYED there! But we were exhausted after driving so far.... We get into the room and basically got a contact high... And there was PEE IN THE TOLIET ! again So damn exhausted.. and just needed to close our eyes... So much noise.. like they were remodeling the next room or something.. and it started back up at 6am! we got ready to leave and 3 police cars were in the parking lot talking to some guests. I will never stay again.... AND I PAID for all that.!

The type of people at that location are quite unsavory. This can't be blamed on the staff. They were helpful and quickly offered to change rooms for us when the room that we first had was unsatisfactory. Due to the nature of the people there, the Police showed up. This was a very negative experience.

Although they agreed to check in a few hours early, this was an excuse for a room riddled with flies and mosquitoes, torn curtains, and holes in them. Outside, the parking area looks like a place for homeless people.
