Portobello I 319 (Shore Beats Work) - Second Row in Surfside Beach

You'll agree this house “Shore Beats Work”! That's the playful name for this colorful 4-bedroom 3 bath home located in a complex of houses right across the street from the ocean. Portobello features a community pool with a common area to grill and chill, both of which are perfect for a family vacation. The living area sports a large-screen TV and opens up to the covered porch where you can sit and enjoy your morning coffee. There is fun dĂ©cor throughout the house, with a bright airy kitchen that has plenty of seating, and the house will sleep 13 comfortably. Surfside Beach is “The Family Beach” and we're sure you'll come back again!

Second row complex of 13 homes with community pool (dimensions approximately 32 x 16), community grill and common grounds. Pool is open Easter/April 1st to October 1st. Covered porch. Approximately 1980 square feet. No smoking or pets allowed. 2 queens are a set of bunks.

Great Beach Location

Perfect house for a family beach vacation. 5 adults & 4 children 13, 11 7, & 6. Minutes to the beach and walking distance to good restaurants. Grocery nearby. House & deck is furnished comfortably for a large group. Pool outside the door was convenient. Absolutely nothing negative about this rental I can say.

Overall, this house was very clean upon arrival. We had several extra towels to use and the beds were very comfortable. The beach was a short walk away. We loved our stay here and hope to rent again someday! Thank you Dunes Realty!

Hurricane proof!

We really enjoyed our week here. Kitchen was nicely updated and well stocked, has everything we needed to cook for large groups. A short 1 block walk to the beach very convenient for going back and forth frequently with small kids. Our only issue was that the middle bedroom with queen bunk beds is very tight and the main support beam for top bunk was cracked so we did not feel comfortable having anyone sleep up there. We were not able to evacuate for hurricane Ian but the house was perfectly nestled between other houses and well protected from the storm, we felt very safe there. Definitely will come back next year!

Great for Families

Very clean and exactly as advertised. Right next to the pool so much that you can have the older kids swimming and watch from the porch. Golf cart gets you anywhere including the beach which is helpful with Golf Cart only parking. Overall great house and we will rent again.
