Staff were great and the bed was comfy, but there were a few weird quirks - the room had no tissue box (is that normal practice?) and was very oddly designed. Who put the toilet in a corner with a wall in front of it? I had to sit diagonally on the loo! Not sure what the rest of the rooms are like but 306 has a weird AF bathroom

Very helpful staff..from the receptionist jasmine to the manager ..to the lady at the breakfast table ..to the staff getting us a taxi to the airport. Breakfast very good would recommend this place ..a treasure

Nice hotel, good location but could be better
Hotel is in a good location short walk from Central Station and two light rail stops close by so easy to get too. Lots of shops bars and restaurants close by, walking distance to all the main sights. Check in was easy. Room recently renovated very modern and clean, a bit small and lack of hanging and storage space. Breakfast good quality but only a little of everything put out at any one time so had to wait for refill often. Small breakfast area not convenient. Generally tables not cleaned or laid out with cutlery etc available. Felt a bit chaotic.
