I was appalled at the cleanliness of our bathroom. There was a thick brown circle of grime underneath the tap of the wash basin ( around the hole in the basin) How this could have been overlooked by a cleaner is beyond me. I had to clean it myself with a wad of tissues and hot water. It took only a few minutes. The grime or scum had accumulated over a period of time . This makes you wonder how thoroughly anything is cleaned. The rim of the inside of the toilet seat was yellow and orange and once again l cleaned it with a wad of tissues and the evidence was obvious - NO CLEANING! The outside of the toilet bowl was stained as well which l cleaned again. I reported the matter to the receptionist who told me the matter would be reported to housekeeping. I feel there is a problem with the supervision of the cleaners and has to be improved. The balcony was also not clean and obviously hadn’t been touched for awhile. To be fair my husband and l have stayed at this property many times and had no complaints. Something is NOT right in the cleaning department and HAS to be rectified.

Excellent property. Our room was fantastic. Bed was so comfortable and loved having a kitchen So convenient to make breakfast every morning and Woolworth was just around the corner. Super convenient to train station. Great property. Will stay again.
