Parties are not permitted. Please be mindful of noise to respect our neighbors. Any loud noise or parties will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of your security deposit.
3. Quiet Hours:
Kindly observe quiet hours between 10 pm and 7 am to ensure a peaceful atmosphere for all residents.
4. Pets:
Service animals are welcome. Please contact us before booking to confirm accommodation for other pets.
5. Self-Check-In:
Check-in is self-service. Instructions will be sent the day before your arrival. If you encounter any issues, feel free to contact us.
6. Loss of Keys/Access Devices:
A $300 charge applies for lost keys or access devices. A $100 charge will apply for assistance with unlocking the door (or you may contact a local locksmith).
7. Damage Deposit:
A damage deposit will be held for any damages or losses during your stay.
8. Family-Friendly Stay:
Our apartment is an ideal choice for your family's comfort. While we don't provide baby cots, we warmly welcome families.
9. Environmental Responsibility:
Please help us conserve energy by turning off the air conditioning and lights when leaving the apartment.
10. Careful Handling of Property:
Handle fragile items with care. Notify us immediately if something is accidentally damaged.
11. Garbage Disposal:
Dispose of garbage in the chute located on the left-hand side of the lift. If you'd prefer, you may leave it in the designated bin for us to handle.
12. No Drugs or Illegal Activities:
The use or possession of illegal substances, and any form of prostitution, is strictly prohibited.
13. Property Items:
Please do not remove any items from the property.
14. Items Left Behind:
A $50 handling fee, plus postage, will apply for any items left on the property.
15. Weekly Inspection:
For bookings over seven days, weekly property inspections will be conducted by the property manager to maintain the apartment’s condition.

Great Location
The property is amazing in terms of the location and convenience for transportation to all things Sydney. A Starbucks is across the street, and the Light Train is literally a few steps outside the door. The market is around the corner so shopping is easy. Highly recommend to anyone coming to Sydney!

Great value in an excellent location
For two bedrooms and two bathrooms this would have to be the among best value in central Sydney. Perfectly suited to two separate people who had to make it to Sydney CBD for a wedding. It’s not fancy but it was clean and quiet with the coveted spare bathroom.

We stayed at this location for 6 days in Feb 2026. The location is perfect for anyone that wants to be right in the heart of Sydney's CBD. Leo was excellent to work with and everything was as advertised. We had an excellent stay here. While the check in process requires some steps on the renters part it is clearly explained and easy to follow. We had been travelling for 21 hours by the time we arrived so sleep depravation made it more challenging than it would normally be (lol). We were satisfied with the supplied furniture and general the living areas were clean. We arrived early and the cleaner was on site and allowed us to drop our luggage which was very much appreciated. The bathrooms could have had a more thorough cleaning in the shower area- new caulking down the road likely needed. Instructions for using the coffee machine and clothes washer would also be appreciated. These are just observations and not complaints as Leo was quick to provide us with the info on these items. All in all we would definitely consider this property if we were going to be back in Sydney.
