A male staff at the reception helped me call a rent car company when I got an issue with my car. He kindly searched the contact number and helped me deal with the issue. I was travelling by myself and in panic... I really appreciate hotel staff's great hospitality & kindness. Besides that, free parking & good breakfast buffet helped!
