This was our first visit to Sydney and PARKROYAL was the perfect place to stay. In a quiet area but close to the Harbour and CBD(mass transit.). The staff was helpful with anything we asked. The breakfast buffet was incredible! We would definitely stay here again!

It was a rough start with sold out valet parking followed by a club lounge that seemed under stocked and had less than attentive service. The service the following day was better but it still doesn’t compare to the club lounges of most other hotels.

I enjoyed a 3 night stay at this hotel with my mother and daughter. The staff were welcoming and accommodating, even allowing us to change rooms and check in early. Travelling with a toddler was made easier with this, as well as the inclusion of breakfast, high chairs and children’s cutlery/ crockery in the breakfast area, and activity packs to entertain her. The hotel was easy walking distance to Darling Harbour and the city, only 2-3 blocks from the station or light rail. Room service was good and delivered in a reasonable time frame. Water stations on each floor were handy. Some people may find the lack of communal facilities like a pool or gym a disadvantage, but we didn’t need it.
