The check-in process was a complete disaster. The information I was given included photos
 unfortunately NONE of that information matched which lockbox held the key. Despite trying everything (including looking up the exact lockbox on YouTube), I could not get it to open. When I tried to contact management, I got no response. I had to call VRBO who then contacted the management themselves and transferred the call. I was asked if I had followed the information, and after confirming multiple times I was told “I was just there and it worked”. Well, ok, but it’s not working NOW. Turns out they replaced the lockbox and didn’t update their form email. I also wasn’t told of the CONSTRUCTION going in the building, DIRECTLY next to the apartment!! They are replacing the elevator, (so there’s no lift) and I have video of how insanely loud it was. Every. Day. This alone deserved a discount in price. The place is much shabbier than the photos let on, and there was some damage—so I highly recommend you do what I did and take timestamped photos/videos of EVERYTHING as soon as you get in, including cleanliness. 2 friends were going to stay, but they found a USED pair of underwear in their room. They opted for a hotel. It’s 2 weeks later and I still have not received my damage deposit refund—thankfully I have video/photos of everything. The view IS incredible, and the location is top notch. If only one of these issues existed, I’d rate it higher. But noisecheckinunderwear 2 stars.

Bondi with views

This is a great place with outstanding views in a very good location. The building has seen better days, and there are 3 floors of narrow stairs to negotiate. If you have concerns about that, you should be aware. The place has been renovated nicely, but it is not as nice as in the pictures - nothing major but wear and tear - sofa and chairs are a little less inviting. Everything works, the views are great, and this is really great value1

Bondi bliss

Amazing location and great inside the apartment. Yes the building has seen better days and there’s some stairs, but we had a wonderful time. The stunning views over both Bondi and Bronte make the choice of which beach to go to even harder!
