Good central city location

Hotel is in great location in the city and easy walk to harbor for opera house or Royal park/gardens. We drove from airport, which was a challenge given location and traffic. Parking is in local paid garages and is expensive. Easy Uber in and out.

The Rydges Hotel was close to the cruise terminal, the harbour front, ferry, and The Rocks. The staff was friendly and efficient. The breakfast was very good with food variety. The wifi worked well and the bathroom shower stall was very nice. Compared to other nearby hotels it was less expensive, clean and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel.

Great place to stay in the Central Business District of Sydney. You can easily get to Circular Quay, Darling Harbour, Sydney Harbour Bridge, Queen Victoria Building, and Sydney's Chinatown by train, light rail, Metro, or even walking if you enjoy that. Plenty of pubs nearby and there's a nearby 24/7 gym that the hotel provides access to if that's something you want. I enjoyed my stay here and the staff were very helpful and kind also.
