Welcome to The Great Lake Gathering, your spacious 3,400 sqft private wooded retreat just a 5-minute drive from Sylvan Lake Beach. Here, 6 bedrooms, 10 beds, 4 full bathrooms, and TWO fully-equipped kitchens mean everyone has the space and comfort they need.

Spend your days relaxing on the deck, challenging friends to a game of pool, or gathering around the fire pit or the cozy indoor fireplace. This is where memories are made.


Our large, multi-level home is designed for comfort and fun.

The main floor features a spacious, open-plan living area with a gas fireplace, an inviting deck, and one full kitchen.
The walkout basement includes the second full kitchen, the large game room, and the wood-burning fireplace.

With 6 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms, there's plenty of room for everyone:
Main Floor: A master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom (featuring a built-in shower seat) and a second bedroom with two single beds joined together.
Second Floor: Two bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed.
Lower Level: One bedroom with two queen-size beds, and another bedroom with one double bed and a set of bunk beds.

Convenience is key with a laundry room containing a washer and dryer, an attached double garage, and seamless self check-in via a keypad.

Entertainment for everyone!

Your group will love the dedicated entertainment options! The basement features a pool table and foosball table for friendly competition. We also provide over 10,000 LEGO pieces, a variety of board games for family nights, and two TVs with Netflix.
Outside, you can relax on the deck or gather around the wood-burning fire pit in the private backyard. Complimentary firewood is provided.

Perfect home for a large family! Three floors,2 kitchens,4 bathrooms...pretty amazing. Host is very good with communication! Firepit in the backyard with firewood! We liked everything about this house! Only downside is that you can't walk to the beach! Otherwise it's a lovely property!!!!

Old golf buddies

Spacious and clean

What a wonderful property. Housed our dragon boat team with room to spare. Not waterfront but it was very clean. It was -38 and we were able to park a couple cars in the garage and 3 in the driveway. The host was amazing. Answered our questions quickly and make sure we had everything we needed. We may come back in the summer for a women’s weekend!! Too cold to use the fire pit on this trip lol.
