Theo made the check in process quick and easy. He was friendly and courteous. Our room was clean and had a beautiful view of Mt. Rainier. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The rain shower was great. I wish the room had a microwave and glass cups for water. The room service menu had limited items. Thankfully, there are many delicious food options minutes from the Casino. The bath towels were thin and rough. Overall, great value for a quick overnight stay.

Overall, my experience was wonderful. The hotel clerk who checked me in set the tone with excellent service, and the dining experience at both the café and restaurant was just as enjoyable. The rooms were very clean, and parking was easy to access. I also appreciated the visible security throughout the property, including in the parking garage—it made me feel safe as a woman arriving late at night.
