They charged extra for early check in fee. They said i wasnt able to book for a guest. They do early check in. Price should be lower and should not have to do deposit if they charge for early check fee. I told them to cancel my reservation and they still check me in and charged me.

Is this a motel or a crackhouse? Still not sure after having stayed there. Some of the many problems including no pool or breakfast despite the fact Travelocity says it on their site as well as the Giant sign outside which was very frustrating as those were the sole reasons for choosing this place. The place is dirty, seems very unsafe, and like I said pretty much felt like a crackhouse. The room was especially dirty, sticky stuff on the dirty carpet and stained sheets on the bed. Pretty sure I heard multiple gunshots throughout the night outside as well.

I would not recommend ever staying here the room ,bed sheets were dirty, theres no pool working which is not on website. The front desk service was poor. I will never stay here again

Out side doors are damage, no proper cleaning, no remote, receptionst refuses to answere calls, curtains will not slide open.
