The ac didn’t work the refrigerator didn’t get cold the tub had rings around it when I was taking a shower the water was coming around my ankles the tub was stopped up the staff was rude stated he couldn’t put me in another because they was sold out I will never go back again I paid 307 for that horrible service

Clean & Quiet Hotel with Friendly Staff

A friend and I stayed here for two nights. The hotel was having the roof repaired upon check-in which had me a little worried of the noise. However, we didn't even notice it during our stay. In spite of the many events going on in the hotel, it was fairly quiet and low-key. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly, and the gym was nice. I did enjoy the pool area, but the hot tub was not hot nor did the bubbles work. I did not make the front desk aware. Don't skip out on Foxtail Coffee across the street!

The property was nice, pool and rooms were clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. My only issue was my room key card needed to be reactivated three times during my three day stay. I understand a magnet or cell phone can deactivate them but it was a bit ridiculous especially when my hands were full.WiFi was not free either.

The property was conveniently located for our stay. Older property but neat. Guest room only had one chair for seating. No ottoman, or daily services. We needed to ask for everything from coffee to towels.

Bathrooms a little outdated. Last nights desk clerk is lazy, no real effort! We asked for coins for the washer and it was too much of an hassle! She’s the more bigger lady, no way else to out it as we didn’t get her name. Both dryers broke so could not wash n dry our laundry.
