After 15 hours on the road I had to deal with a condescending desk clerk who made comments about our service dog to another customer that people with these service dogs do that so they don't have to pay extra,she has a dog and she pays his way. Then she says well I'll have to give you a different room then. When we went into the room the smell was almost toxic,but at least the sheets were clean,very dim lighting probably so you could not see how filthy the floor was. Would not recommend this so called pet friendly hotel to anyone including people without pets .

The room was very open and comfortable. The parking lot was easy to navigate and the staff was incredible! Tina at the front desk especially was so friendly and a huge help. We had to book at the last minute due to the hotel we had original booked making an error to our reservation. Tina was sympathetic and understanding after the bad experience elsewhere. She left us with a smile and made the night better with her kindness!

This property is literally next door to a Golden Corral buffet. There are many shopping choices nearby. It is a nice area. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. Has an outdoor pool. The staff are very nice.

The property was nice and very clean. I only had one small complaint. There was children in the room above us doing a lot of running around. It was very disturbing for about an hour. Just as I was going to the front desk all of a sudden it syopped. It turned into a very pleasant stay. I would come again for sure.
