Reservation was mixed up at check-in. Management made it good, which was nice. Room is clean and well decorated. Everything seems functional Hotel is showing it’s age and breakfast area is VERY small.

The property is attractive with a large statue of an elk and the letters of the town, TAOS, in metal. It is just that the 'O',had fallen over and a little weeding would help.

Left after 1st night of 4 due to police arresting screaming woman banking on doors running up and down stairs, smoke director on counter,no knobs and cover on air conditioner, broken table . Dirty windows. Wyndam should be ashamed to have their name associated with this hotel

Lost my Drivers license

The room was not very well cleaned before we got there. There were, it looked like coffee splashed on the bathroom wall and spoiled food in the refrigerator. The power was flickering in the lobby when we got there. I gave the desk clerk my Driver's License when I got there on Tuesday but with all of confusion from the power drops, I did not get it back. I noticed it was missing on Wednesday and went to the front desk to ask about it. The lady working could not find it and the guy that took it was not available. I checked back and was told that they mailed it back to my home address, it is now Sunday and it has not arrived.

Don’t go there

The place was very noisy. The walls are thin and you can hear everything. The cleaning crew has absolutely no respect for being quiet they slam doors. They scream at each other from one corner to the other, and they’re just very noisy and needs lots of repairs.
