The water pressure in the shower was very weak and took way too long to get wet, and to rinse our hair of shampoo and conditioner. The food from the bar was slow and only luke warm. My wife's chile relleno was stuck to her plate like glue. After sending back my elk chile to be heated up, it came back only slightly warmer. Our margaritas had way too much ice and not enough tequila. Very disappointing.

We really enjoyed our room out in the courtyard, and our dinner in the restaurant. I am not sure if there is functioning climate control in any of the rooms or not, I could see that not being ideal if it ever gets extremely hot. There was a fan and heater in the closet. It is a historic property, with lots of character and charm. The rooms and entire inn is very clean and well maintained, beds and pillows are pretty comfortable. We will definitely stay at the inn on our next trip

I love staying at Taos Inn!! I love the uniqueness!! Our room was okay but the trying to take a shower this morning we had warm water - the handle had to be just right to even get that. This time checking in we had to wait about 30 min to check in because the person behind the desk had to leave (no explanation). We were standing there with 2 other people wanting to check in and luckily a person sitting at a table close to the desk told us she was gone and would he back.

The personnel was not very friendly at best. There were charges on my credit card which they didn't know how to explain, then waived. Asked for an invoice at check out and told it would have come to my email. emailed the Inn a few days back asking for the invoice and I got no answer. needless to say I never got the invoice by email. The plus of this place is the location, other than that just average.

Nice place, quaint, perfect location in center of town, able to walk from there to all shops. The live music was a bonus 2 nights of our stay. Thanks for that. Some exterior updates are needed. Our room could use some updates, check the ceiling.

The hotel was generally good but the room was too hot to sleep in and we were told there wasn’t anything that could be done. Also the construction around the hotel made it difficult to get anywhere quickly.
