A night table on both sides of the bed would be helpful. There was a step outside our room to the parking lot that my husband missed & badly sprained his ankle. Better markings on the step may have helped. The room was very clean & comfortable.

Everything was fine except for loud banging that would cause the wall and headboard to shake. We were beside a corridor and couldn't figure out what it was. Maybe a door slamming, but couldn't see where ...?

Totally solid for an overnight stay! Clean rooms, seem relatively recently renovated. Good value for money. Stopped in at Perth and we were so glad we did, such a beautiful town with cute stores and a gorgeous park!

I was visiting family in the area and needed a place for the night. The Colonial House Motor Inn was perfect. The room was fresh, extremely clean and very comfy. It had a fridge and a microwave. The bathroom was immaculate. The bed was very comfortable. There was laminate flooring throughout. It was an excellent value and I would happily stay again when I am in the area.
