The hotel was very unprofessional and careless. They dont have a reception desk and wont answer their calls from the number they provide after a certain time in the day. If you have any issues or concerns you are on your own, or maybe deal with the third-party hotel service and even then theyll have issues reaching them.

0%Recomendado, está horrible la limpieza de los cuartos, sábanas, colchas y el cuarto en general demasiado sucio, nose como pueden rentar algo así, aparte ninguna habitación cuenta con aire acondicionado, por lo tanto hace un calor horrible y no hay shampoo ni jabón para bañarse, ni siquiera jabón para las manos TERRIBLE NO SE HOSPEDEN AQUÍ jamás me volvería a hospedar en este lugar de mala muerte.

It was really nice! Altho my room didn't have hot water or soap of any kind. And they said they wouldn't be able to fix and bring the items at 8 am I left at 9 and use my own soap to take a cold shower and used the blankets to dry up. Other then that the lady is super nice and tentative. Just make sure to asked them to double check their amenities are stocked.

Axel was extremely helpful during the check-in process. Having a kitchen and a refrigerator in the suite was a big plus as we were able to cook most meals without depending on restaurants or food delivery apps. Our only complaint was the very limited amount of kitchenware available (thus the 4 star rating).

The stove did not work they were supposed to fix it never came we had no toilet paper room wasn’t ready until 6pm and place was still dirty only on cooking spoon a spatula and no lid for the blender reached out and until now no response took me so long just to check in since I didn’t receive a code life entrance and room a lot of ppl were going through the same problem owner wouldn’t answer and they had a hard time honestly the place is ok but I don’t recommend it if you don’t want to stress it’s very stressful also there is no ac be prep for it to be hot

Do NOT book this place!!! I booked it with my girlfriends... and our arrival was 2am, which we communicated to the host.. he or she gave us codes to the doors.. we get there, the code is wrong.. i text the host, call and call and no answer...in fact, they declined one of the calls. Some creepy guy comes up to ask asking how much the hotel charges... then he stayed at corner nearby..super sketch.. after almost an hour of being outside at 2am!!! We finally left. The host finally replied with correct code... no apology... didn’t acknowledge the fact that 4 girls had to be outside in a sketchy street in the middle of night.. getting a refund was a nightmare bc its non refundable...even though they were at fault. Smh .. i would be willing tonlose my money if expedia would ban them... this is completely unacceptable... i go to TJ often and never experienced such a horrible host
