"We had a wonderful stay at Mountain View Resort and Suites at Fairmont Hot Springs! We celebrated our daughter’s birthday here, and it was such a special and memorable experience for our family. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly, and the location was perfect being so close to the hot springs. We’ll definitely be back!"

"The only positive on this home was the layout as there was plenty of room for our family.The house itself is in very poor condition and has a very strong odor; we suspect from mold which is visible on various windows and sliding door. Bathroom sinks are leaking, shower head in master ensuite blew apart, dishwasher was not working. The water itself was not drinkable as it had a stale taste to it. The house was dirty, couches and carpet is stained and many surfaces showed dust. We will not stay here again, nor recommend this house to anyone"

"This stay was exactly what we needed. The Matterhorn was clean and spacious. The renovations done to this vacation were outstanding. Having previously been here years ago, they kept the character to why we loved coming here. The mountain views are breathtaking and the cabin was well equipped with whatever we needed. Thank you for being a great host! "

"Everything was amazing from start to finish! Communication leading up and the location and decor were fantastic. Great Canadian feel with all the bear features and a nice cozy hot tub. Showering amenities were nice as well. Cant wait to go hack"
