This community surrounding by river view local restaurants. Also close to Merritt Island National Wildlife, Playalinda beach, Cocoa beach. - This property is not on the beach, we are two blocks away from the Indian River which is next to US1.
-Dining room, Kitchen, Living room and laundry room on first floor, ALL Rooms and Bathroom on second floor.
-Fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, full size fridge and freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, cooking pots and pans, oils and spices , plates, utensils , cooking accessories, glasses etc. we provide paper towels.
- Bathroom essentials such as toilet paper, cotton towels, shampoo , body wash, hair dryer are provided.
