What a great place to stay!

Really recommend staying here! The owner Yuko was extremely helpful and made our stay very enjoyable. The flat is in a great location, comfortable and clean. Compared to other our options it’s was amazing value for money. Will stop by if I’m ever in Tokyo again. Thank you so much Yuko!

Family of 6 for 5 days

This was a great apartment for the needs of our family. We were in Tokyo for 5 days and really only needed a place to sleep. The apartment had every amenity needed for cooking and eating (we ate out every meal). There were also plenty of beds for sleeping all 6 of us. The labels around the apartment in English were very helpful. So were the provided instructions. Yuko met us at the train Station and paid for two taxis to get us and our luggage to the apartment without having to make the walk. The apartment is very close to food, shopping, trains, and a nice little neighborhood park. There were also plenty of 24hr places to eat and get snacks or groceries. It was very quiet at night and seemed very safe to us. The only issues that we came across were that the procedure for checkout wasn’t discussed at checkin so we were confused as to what to do. We ended up just leaving the keys in the mailbox and sending Yuko a message. He was fine with that and it worked out well. The second thing was that we didn’t notice the security camera inside the apartment until the last day. It’s a yellow camera facing the door. I did not see it disclosed anywhere and Yuko didn’t mention it. Because of its location it wasn’t that big of a deal but these days that can be a little uncomfortable because you never know what’s being recorded or if there are any other cameras. Overall it was a great stay and I would recommend this place to friends and family.
