The location was perfect. Just a block away from the train station and one stop away from Shinjuku Station. The junior suite was very spacious and had four beds. Very nice amenities and we liked the extra amenities provided in the lobby which included a wide assortment of body care products. The breakfast buffet was nice too and we enjoyed the mini fluffy pancakes. Definitely wish we ordered more than two. Overall great stay and would gladly stay there again.

What I love about this Hotel is it follows through with its eco-friendly service, most hotels say leave out a card etc for clean towels, you don't but they still change the towels/bed. This hotel I love as you actually had to leave a sign on the door for room cleaning, new towels etc. otherwise they wouldn't do anything. Very impressed and a lot better for the environment. Lovely hotel too

Some good places to eat nearby and convenient tube and transport options a few minutes from the hotel. The breakfast was really good and the rooms, whilst a little small had everything we needed.

This, while being amazingly affordable, was very clean and well located property. The grounds were immaculate, the rooms were very well maintained, and the amenities were stocked after every cleaning. The property is located about a 5 minute walk from the Nishi-Shinjuku station on the Marunouchi line, and is near an excellent food court and wonderful park with a beautiful shrine nestled in. I plan on staying here (or one of their related properties!) on my return trip to Tokyo soon!

This location is located in the business/office district of Shinjuku which I wish I knew before booking. Public transport was quite a walk away, about 10 minutes. The first room I was assigned had a terribly STRONG cigarette smoke smell despite booking a non-smoking room. I was quickly changed to another room that was acceptable.
