Near shopping areas and train. Brisk walk to the imperial palace and other landmarks. Rooms are quite small, not what i expected. But they are clean and staff is pleasant. Decent for solo traveling.

If you are looking for an inexpensive hotel within walking distance to Imperial palace and high end shopping. this is a good choice. the duvet on the bed was amazingly fluffy and comfortable.. However the bed is not comfortable. The single room has no window view and is rather claustrophobic. The breakfast buffet food was never hot...cool at best.and there are no stairs. With the lobby on 2nd floor you are constantly waiting for an elevator..

Lovely stay. Just a few things to note about booking through Expedia which weren’t mentioned in the listing. This hotel offers treats throughout the day so it matters if you don’t book for the right number of ppl. They will charge you at check in for extra guests and for taxes. This was a lovely option near high end shopping but not in the thick of things. Easy to get wherever you want walking or from the train station. Loved their amenity selections on the 2nd floor. Would stay here again.

Super convenient hotel close to the Ginza district and very walkable to all train stations! We were able to get from Narita airport to our hotel via train and a short 5 minute walk. Rooms are small but that’s standard for all hotels in Japan. Staff was very helpful with helping us set up luggage delivery from Tokyo to Osaka. Would stay here again!

I'd like to recognize the front desk worker who was very understanding when my partner and I requested that the temperature in our suite be lowered to 18C from the standard 22.5C, we appreciate you so much! Both of us suffer from migraines and when we discovered the windows in our suite did not open, and the thermostat did not lower the temperature (due to it being January), we were very worried we might not be able to stay. But the gentleman at the front desk did not hesitate to accommodate and reassured us that it would not be a problem. We can't thank him enough for making our stay so memorable! Will definitely stay again when we visit Japan again! (In addition, 8min walk to Tokyo Station to access the Shinkansen, free coffee, tea, and juices in the morning, happy hour drinks, and Family Mart right under the hotel!)
